HOW IT WORKS

Follow what changes over time.

Create a Filo, record what happens, plan your next Step, and connect Appointments to their context.

  1. CREATE A FILO

Choose something that will continue over time.

It can be a project, research effort, important purchase, or personal goal. Give it a recognizable title and describe the result you want to achieve.

    New home

Decisions, quotes, and next Steps leading up to the move.

  2. CHOOSE WHAT TO ADD

A Filo can begin on its own.

After creating it, open it immediately or add multiple Traces, Steps, and Appointments without leaving the flow.

Add what matters now. You can complete the Filo later.

  3. SAVE A TRACE

    Record what happened.

After a call, decision, or update, save the information you do not want to reconstruct later.

The updated quote does not include the final certification.

  4. SET A STEP

    Decide what to do next.

Write a concrete action you can complete. Prepare other Steps, add dates and reminders, and tackle them in any order.

Compare the updated quote with Arredo Lab.

  5. SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

Connect a meeting to its context.

When something must happen at a specific time, add an Appointment to the Filo. Agenda places it in time, while its notes and outcome remain part of the Filo's history.

Site visit with the architect, Friday at 3:30 PM.

  6. RESUME

    See exactly where to continue.

Home brings together Today, Fili to resume, and dedicated sections for favorite Fili and Collections. Reorder sections, hide those you do not need, or restore the default order: Today always stays visible.

Active Step: compare the quote. Appointment: site visit at 3:30 PM.

  7. COMPLETE

Save the outcome when it will help later.

Completion text is optional. If you add an outcome, FILO keeps it with the completed Step in the Timeline. You can still edit the text, entry date, and list later without duplicating or reopening the Step.

Moving the connections is included. The certification remains separate.

Traces, Steps, and Appointments answer different questions.

TRACE

What happened?

It records a past event and adds it to the Filo's history.

APPOINTMENT

When will it happen?

It defines a meeting with a start and end. It always belongs to a Filo and can preserve its outcome once it has ended.

STEP

What will I do?

It identifies an action to take. When you complete it, you can add the outcome and keep the result in the Filo's history.

Keep a Filo active, pause it, or complete it.

Its status shows whether the context is ongoing, temporarily paused, or complete. The Filo and its history always remain available.
